EUFAULA -- A Eufaula couple has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine.
Eufaula Police said in a statement that officers assigned to a Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant Monday at the home of 27-year-old Kevin Michael Leroy and 24-year-old Blair Grant Leroy.
Besides the trafficking offense, both were also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said between 550 to 600 doses of crystal meth were seized. The drug was worth an estimated $49,000 on the streets. A quantity of marijuana and Hydrocodone pills were also confiscated in the raid.
The Leroys was released Tuesday after posting $100,000 bonds each.
