A national linen and home furnishings store is slated to begin construction — immediately — at TigerTown in Opelika.
TigerTown developer Newton Oldacre McDonald LLC announced Monday that a Bed Bath & Beyond superstore will soon be under construction between Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s, which is also under construction.
The 23,000-square-foot store will be the company’s first in the Lee County area and the 14th store in Alabama, according to a written release from the developer.
The store is slated to be open sometime this fall, according to Opelika Mayor Gary Fuller.
