- Criminal conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance was reported Wednesday on Pepperell Parkway in Opelika after an incident occurred between 3 and 5 p.m. Cash and 40 Oxycontin pills were recovered.
- Theft of property was reported Wednesday on Lee Road 179 in Salem after a TV, stereo, pistol, tool kit and 20 checks were taken between 7:30 a.m. Dec. 29 and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
- Criminal mischief was reported Dec. 30 on Lee Road 240 in Phenix City was a mobile home was damaged between 2 and 6 p.m.
- Burglary and criminal mischief were reported Dec. 30 on Lee Road 455 in Phenix City after walls were damaged between 6 and 8:15 p.m.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property were reported Wednesday on Lee Road 379 in Valley after a portable DVD player, cash, gas and sunglasses were taken between 10 p.m. Dec. 30 and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Wednesday on Lee Road 2156 in Valley after a stove, dishwasher, microwave and lock box were taken between Dec. 18 and 9:10 a.m. Wednesday.
- Criminal mischief was reported Wednesday at the intersection of Lee Road 504 and 505 in Phenix City after a 1996 Chrysler minivan was damaged between 6:30 p.m. Dec. 30 and 12 a.m. Wednesday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 796 in Salem after a margarita machine was taken between September 2008 and noon Wednesday.
- Theft of property and burglary were reported Thursday on Lee Road 179 in Salem after a rock grinder, bed frame, tools and a receiver were taken between noon Nov. 15 and 11:15 a.m. Thursday.
- Interference with child custody was reported Thursday on Lee Road 508 after an incident occurred at 9:20 a.m.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 224 in Smiths Station after an XM radio with remote and a handheld CD player were taken between 2 p.m. Dec. 30 and 1:15 p.m. Thursday.
- Theft of property was reported Thursday on Lee Road 412 in Phenix City after a debit card was taken between 3:30 and 7 p.m.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 45 in Opelika after an Xbox 360, controller and games were taken between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 2107 in Phenix City after a refrigerator was taken at 12:55 p.m.
- Shooting into an unoccupied dwelling was reported Saturday on Lee Road 990 in Phenix City after two windows were damaged at 12:10 a.m.

- Burglary and criminal mischief were reported Friday on Lee Road 179 in Salem after cabinets, baseboards, exterior door and jam, walls, carpets and toilet fixtures were damaged between Nov. 1 and Nov. 25.

- Burglary and theft of property were reported Friday on Lee Road 263 in Cusseta after cash was taken and a window damaged between 2 p.m. Dec. 30 and noon Friday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 768 in Salem after a Nintendo Wii, two remotes, Wii zapper, Wii steering wheel and four games were taken between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 1 p.m. Thursday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Wednesday on Lee Road 2031 in Opelika after two TVs and a laptop computer were taken and a door was damaged between 7 and 10:45 p.m.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Saturday on Lee Road 13 in Smiths Station after a whirlpool, shower curtain, bed, digital tap recorder, house keys and paper work were taken between 7:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- Criminal mischief and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 785 in Valley after two home surveillance cameras were taken and two cable hook-ups and the exterior of a log cabin were damaged between 3 and 4 p.m. Dec. 30.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 790 in Valley after two TVs, two heaters, window air conditioner, microwave oven, electric griddle and a surround sound system were taken between 1 p.m. Oct. 7 and 1 p.m. Thursday.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Saturday on Lee Road 279 in Salem after a computer was taken between 6:40 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Criminal mischief and theft of property were reported Sunday on Lee Road 375 in Valley after a rototiller and stepladder were taken between noon Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property were reported Monday on Lee Road 397 in Auburn after a CD player and two speakers were taken between 8:39 p.m. Sunday and 12:50 a.m. Monday.
- Pistol without a permit and altering an identification number were reported Sunday on Highway 14 in Auburn after an incident occurred at 1:30 a.m. Several guns and ammunition were recovered.
