MADISON — A 15-year-old boy is in critical condition after authorities say he was shot in the head while walking in a Madison middle school.
It happened at Discovery Middle School.
Details are sketchy, but police say they have a suspect in custody.
Meanwhile HEMSI Chief Operations Officer Don Webster says the unidentified boy is in ``extremely critical condition.''
Madison Mayor Paul Finley says the school has been put on lockdown, but all other students are safe.
