I hadn’t heard of the rumors about Johnson and James that you mentioned in your column. That’s interesting to me since Johnson has come out in favor of Initiative and Referendum while James didn’t even reply to several emails from me concerning it….and James’ father Fob was the only governor of Alabama that I know of to ever publicly support I&R according to the I&R Institute (see http://www.iandrinstitute.org/Alabama.htm).
