It’s Super Sunday ... yawn?

Though last year was my favorite Super Bowl of all time, I can’t say I’m excited about tonight’s game. I really don’t care who wins. I’m almost tempted to watch a movie, but I suppose that would be blasphemy on this sacred day.

I guess I’ll pull for the Cardinals since it’s a franchise that has enjoyed hardly any success since leaving Chicago many, many moons ago. Yes, they weren’t good in St. Louis either, except for maybe a couple of times in the 1970s when Jim Hart was QB.

However, I believe Pittsburgh will win. Again, not that I care this year. Hopefully, the game will be closely contested and have a thrilling finish.
