Local teenager visits D.C.

Johnny Mann, a senior at Auburn High School, visited with U.S. Congressman Mike Rogers recently on a visit to Washington, D.C., after being selected to participate in the National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security. Rogers, who represents Alabama’s Third Congressional District, is a big player in homeland security.

It’s good to see our youth get involved in important projects such as this.
