Politicians too busy fighting to solve problems

Politicians disgust me. Apparently, they disgust Jennifer Foster too. Just read her blog on the subject. It’s much more in-depth than this entry.

It seems every time there is controversy or a major issue that must be resolved, we do not get answers from the men and women we elected into office and pay high salaries to make this nation better. Nope. We get finger-pointing.

Democrats blame Republicans.

Republicans blame Democrats.

Neither side has an answer. Does either side have a clue?

It seems to me that liberals and conservatives, oops, I mean Democrats and Republicans, are far too occupied with sparring with each other than solving America’s problems. That goes for the state level too. Bickering, bickering, bickering. Put down your freakin’ party pride and do something for the people you are SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT.
