Since football season is right around the corner, I might as well make a few predictions.

First, let me say this ... there is no such thing as football experts. People should never claim to be experts just because they are paid by a media outlet (usually a major TV network) to talk about or report on sporting events. This doesn’t make them an expert. This makes them knowledgeable about the people they report on. Football is too fickle a game. Nobody is an expert. People who claim to be experts are far too in love with themselves to deal with reality.
