Tubs on TV

Saw coach Tommy Tuberville last night. No, not at Wal-Mart or a ball game, but instead on television. Tuberville is an analyst on ESPNU’s Inside the Polls television show which discusses the top teams and top games from each weekend.

Tuberville and Co. discussed at length last week’s BYU-Oklahoma game, the future of the Sooner offense without injured QB Sam Bradford, last week’s Oregon-Boise State game and its infamous post-game punch.

Tubs did a good job. He’s a natural for television. But many of us believe he’ll be on the sidelines somewhere next season. I’m not sure, but it looked like he was a bit uncomfortable physically. Maybe the chair or stool wasn’t the best behind the desk. Maybe these guys need leather recliners.
