Alexander, White

Mr. and Mrs. David Edward Alexander of Auburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Rachael Nicole Alexander, to Mr. William Cowart White of Alexander City, son of Mr. John Thomas White of Childersburg and Mrs. Jane Cowart White of Alexander City.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Evelyn Alexander of Hurst, Texas, and the late Mr. Henry Arvil Alexander, and Mr. and Mrs. Bennie R. Gooch of Opelika.
Miss Alexander is a 2003 graduate of Auburn High School.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Education in 2008 from Auburn University with a major in Education and a minor in Sports Coaching.  Miss Alexander is currently a teacher at the Harbor Learning Academy in Alexander City.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Ann Hodo Cowart of Alexander City and the late Mr. William W. Cowart, and Mrs. Jeanette White of Auburn and the late Mr. William T. White.

Mr. White is a graduate of Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City and attended Jacksonville State College.

The wedding will take place November 21, 2009 at the Marriott Grand National in Opelika, followed by a reception at the Marriott.
