Dorough, Watts

Mr. and Mrs. David Dorough of Homewood, Alabama are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Alison, to James Timothy Watts, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Watts, Jr. of Auburn, Alabama.

Miss Dorough is the granddaughter of Mr. James H. Dorough and the late Mrs. Dorough of Homewood and Mrs. Raymond C. Latham and the late Lt. Col. (ret) Latham, also of Homewood. She is a graduate of Homewood High School and Auburn University with a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. She is employed by the College of Veterinary Medicine at Auburn University.

Mr. Watts is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Watts, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. David Stewart, all of Wedowee, Alabama. Mr. Watts is a graduate of Beauregard High School and Southern Union Community College. He is employed by Auburn University.

The wedding is planned for August 8, 2009 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Opelika, Alabama at 6 o’clock in the evening.
