Dumas, Phillips

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Waren Dumas of Auburn announce the engagement of their daughter Kristin Leigh Dumas to Mr. Craig McDowell Phillips, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kerwin Craig Phillips of Union Springs, AL.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Louise W. Dumas of Auburn and the late Mr. William Thomas Dumas, Jr. and Dr. and Mrs. Robert Kent Butz of Auburn.

Miss. Dumas is a 2003 graduate of Auburn High School and a graduate of Auburn University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She is now working as an admissions advisor for Auburn University and is completing her Masters degree in Higher Education Administration.

The prospective bride-groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Earl Phillips of Union Springs, AL and Mrs. Ann McDowell and the late Mr. James Donnell McDowell of Damascus, GA. Mr. Phillips is a 2001 graduate of Bullock Memorial School and a graduate of Southern Union where he received an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences. He is now working as a Controls/Robotics Technician for Daewon American Inc.

The wedding will be an event of November 21, at Auburn United Methodist Church.
