A trial date has been set for Courtney L. Lockhart, charged with the 2008 death of Auburn University freshman Lauren Burk.
Circuit Court Judge Jacob A. Walker III on Tuesday set Lockhart’s trial date for March 29, 2010.
Walker announced the trial date Tuesday afternoon during a status hearing at the David T.K. Justice Center.
