* Christopher Lee Henderson, 20, of Opelika was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card at 3:26 p.m., Sept. 4.
* Attempted theft of property was reported Thursday on Foster Street after someone tried to steal a 1987 Chevrolet Caprice sometime between 4 p.m., Sept. 3 and 7 a.m., Sept. 4.
* Theft of property was reported Thursday at a residence in the 1800 block of Toomers Street after someone took a silver-over-red 1989 Chevrolet Suburban with Alabama license plate AS08660 sometime between 9:30 p.m., Sept. 3 and 6:20 a.m., Sept. 4.
* Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday at a residence in the 100 block of North 1st Street after someone took a Dell laptop computer with a Verizon card, a power cord, six pairs of Air Jordan shoes, three Air Jordan shirts and two pairs of Air Jordan shorts sometime between 5:15 p.m., Aug. 29 and noon Sept. 4.
* Burglary and theft of property were reported Friday at Dollar General Store No. 6519 in the 1500 block of 2nd Avenue after someone forced entry into the store and took the Literacy Fund collection box at 1:25 a.m., Sept. 5.
