Auburn Police Division

- Burglary of a residence and larceny were reported Tuesday at Arrow Head Trailer Park in the 4400 block of Lee Road 137 after someone took a laptop computer, a PlayStation with game and a 35mm Camera sometime between 7:30 and 11:30 p.m. Monday.

- Theft from a public building was reported Monday at Bailey-Harris Construction Company in the1500 block of Bailey Harris Drive after someone took 79 payroll checks and $1,639 in cash sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. June 4.

- Burglary of a nonresidence and larceny were reported Monday in the 1900 block of Mal Boulevard after someone took 87 checks sometime between midnight May 6 and 10 p.m. Monday.

- Possession of a forged instrument and larceny were reported Monday at BanCorp South on East Glenn Avenue after someone used five forged checks to take $4,839 sometime between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Friday.

- Larceny was reported Monday at Title Cash on South College Street after someone took $3,244 sometime between 8 a.m. Dec. 1, 2007 and 10 a.m. March 27.

- Larceny was reported Monday at Aircon Mechanical, on Stage Road after someone took 10 coils of scrap copper sometime between 11 a.m. Sunday and 7:15 a.m. Monday.

- Larceny was reported Monday on Lee Road 20 after someone took a golf cart and a machinist toolbox with tools sometime between 8 a.m. Sunday and 1:30 p.m. Monday.

- Burglary of a residence and larceny were reported Monday at Gentilly Trailer Park on Lee Road 53 after someone did $60 worth of damage to a window in a door sometime between 7:30 p.m. May 27 and 2 p.m. Monday.

- Burglary of an auto and larceny were reported Monday at Lipscomb Quadplex on North Donahue Drive after someone took a car radio sometime between 4:30 and 4:40 p.m.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after a 52-inch plasma TV, 13 golf clubs and golf bag, a watch and a rifle with at total value of $4,345 were taken from a residence on Lee Road 234, Phenix City sometime between 9:30 and 4 p.m. June 9.

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after someone broke into a vehicle and took a CD player/radio valued at $500 at a residence on Lee Road 661, Auburn sometime between 8 a.m. June 2 and noon June 9.

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after $430 was taken from a residence on Lee Road 234, Phenix City sometime between 10 a.m. June 8 and 5 p.m. June 9.

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after someone took a computer tower valued at $300 from a residence on Lee Road 430, Smiths sometime between 5 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. June 9.

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after 1 pound of cajun roast beef, six bottles of water, four bottles of sports drink, and a jar of change with at total value of $31 were taken from a residence on Lee Road 603, Phenix City, sometime between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. June 7.

- Theft of property was reported June 9 after a wallet, $10 in cash and assorted IDs and credit cards were taken from a residence on Lee Road 240, Smiths, at 6 p.m. June 9.


Opelika Police Department

- Criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of property were reported Monday after two of the victim’s checks were forged at Kroger on Enterprise Drive.

- Burglary and theft of property were reported Monday at a residence on Randall Drive after someone took two DVD players, a 27-inch television and 50 assorted DVD movies sometime between 1 p.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday.

- Burglary was reported Monday at a residence in the 1200 block of Montgomery Street after someone entered between 8 a.m. and 12:50 p.m. Nothing was reported taken.
