Reports from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office

- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 379 after property was taken between Oct. 1, 2007 and 11 p.m. Wednesday.

- Identity theft was reported Thursday after an incident occurred between 5 a.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday.

- Theft of property was reported Thursday on Lee Road 290 in Smiths Station after four tires and a motorboat were taken between 2 p.m. Jan. 16 and 2 p.m. Thursday.

- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 270 in Cusseta after a leather jacket, two CD cases with approximately 35 CDs, Lorazepam, Hydrocodone and Lorcet were taken between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

- Burglary and theft of property were reported Thursday on Lee Road 212 in Phenix City after a hedge trimmer was taken between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
