AREA ROUNDUP: Beauregard competes at Spain Park
HOOVER — The Beauregard cross country team competed in the Spain Park Invitational on Saturday.
On the girls side, Kaley Glover finished in second place and Suzie Thomas finished in 11th.
The boys team finished in fourth place overall behind Vestavia Hills, Homewood and Spain Park.
Greg Thomas, Russell Alexander and Rafael Alvarado-Rivera were the top finishers for the boys team.
Tyler Dudley had the best time for the junior high.
Beauregard will next race at the Jesse Owens Classic in Oakville on Oct. 4.
