DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. — Ballard Christian’s 8-man football team improved to 2-0 on the season, beating Praise Academy, 66-16, on Friday night.

Eagles quarterback Kyle Hammock was 4-for-9 passing for 88 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing 13 times for 79 yards and two touchdowns. Jud Butler had four carries for 79 yards and a score to go along with three catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns.

Jacob Hall had three carries for 49 yards and a touchdown, while Chase Higgins had 10 carries for 44 yards and a score. Ben Causland had a 50-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and Colton Sturkie returned an interception 20 yards for a score.
