SJGT MATCH PLAY: Finals set
The finals are set in the 2009 Southeastern Junior Golf Tour Match Play Championship.
Top-seeded Wilson McDonald of Mobile and sixth-seeded William Sellers of Montgomery will tee it up at 7:30 a.m. today for the title.
McDonald topped Joe Maziar of Atlanta in the quarterfinals Thursday morning, 2 & 1, then bested Opelika’s Matthew McLeod, 1-up, in the
semifinals.
Sellers got past Justin Cho of Norcross, Ga., 1-up, in the quarterfinals, then beat Bryan Fox of Roswell, Ga., 6 & 4, in the semis.
McDonald and Sellers will play 18 holes to decide the championship today at Grand National in Opelika.
