Brandon McGee, a 6-foot-7 swingman who transferred to Auburn from Indiana last season, has left the program, an Auburn spokesman confirmed Tuesday.
McGee averaged 1.5 points in 17 games with the Hoosiers in 2007-08. He sat out the 2008-09 season because of NCAA transfer rules.
Also, sparsely used forward Francis Aihe has been placed on medical hardship and will not be on the active roster this season.
Aihe, a junior-college transfer, saw action in 13 games last season and averaged 0.4 points.
