RALEIGH, N.C.Tommy Tuberville will be back around college football next season, but not on the sideline.

The former Auburn head coach will take his expertise to the World Wide Web, covering the SEC for BusterSports.com.

Tuberville will contribute to multiple shows per week, including Internet podcasts that feature guests from around the SEC, including active coaches, players and local sports writers, the Web site said.

Buster Sports gives me a great opportunity to share information and interact with some of the most knowledgeable and passionate fans in the country,” Tuberville said on the Web site. “From long standing rivals — Crimson Tide and LSU, to the Georgia Bulldogs, Florida Gators and Tennessee, I am looking forward to giving them my opinion week-to-week.”

Shows will cover the upcoming games, as well as looking back at the past week’s results and action off the field, according to the site.

Fans will be able to interact with Tuberville through live chat, message boards and call-in questions.

Tommy is one of the most knowledgeable and respected coaches in the SEC,” Dan Ballard, CEO of Buster Sports Communications said on the Web site. “It is our hope fans on our site will use the insight that he shares to keep the ever-heated SEC rivalries alive.”

Tuberville resigned from Auburn last December after 10 years with the Tigers.

BusterSports.com, with the mantra of “being a fan is no longer a spectator sport” was founded in 2008 by Buster Sports Communications Inc., in Raleigh, N.C.
